The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a small intensity and a fine richness. It reveals notes of crushed black blackberry and small notes of violet, blueberry associated with touches of incense, Sichuan pepper, spices and a subtle hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, an acidulous/mineral frame as well as a very slightly tight structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of black cherry associated with very fine hints of violet, lily, Sichuan pepper and a very discreet hint of liquorice.
