The nose is aromatic and offers a fine deepness as well as a beautiful finesse. It reveals notes of cassis, lily/bulb and more slightly wild berries associated with touches of red fruits as well as fine touches of almond and subtle/discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, suave, smooth, precise and offers a good definition, fine/discreet unctuosity, tension, a fine gourmandize, harmony, a beautiful freshness as well as a beautiful acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy wild blackberry, wild strawberry and more slightly cassis associated with fine touches of wild red fruits, toasted oak as well as discreet touches of caramelization, fresh almond and a very discreet/imperceptible hint of flowers (in the background). Tannins are fine, well-built and very slightly firm. There is a hint of cocoa bitter on the finish.
