A lovely elegant, fruity, fresh, full and gastronomic nose. It expresses notes of pulpy vine peach, quenette and more slightly – crushed apple, associated with a hint of lemon, lemon blossom and a subtle almost floral hint/warm sap. The palate is fruity, and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, freshness, sapidity, a certain breadth, delicacy, a lovely finely unctuous, textured and energetic material. Beautiful freshness! The palate expresses notes of crisp peach, tangy/juicy green apple and more slightly – citrus fruits (lemon, pink grapefruit, etc.) associated with a touch of honeysuckle, zest, rose and a subtle saline hint. Good length, lovely freshness and minerality, a lovely limestone/saline character, lovely persistence and a subtle almost tannic hint on the finish/persistence (tannic/aromatic)
