Château Puygueraud 2023 – Francs Côtes de Bordeaux

A lovely fruity nose, with a fine creaminess, a fine power, a certain small intensity and a stretched side. It expresses notes of creamy blackberry, small fleshy fruits, associated with touches of crushed strawberry, as well as a hint of blueberry. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, accuracy, a certain small tension, energy. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, creamy blackcurrant and more lightly – fresh blueberry, associated with a touch of fresh raspberry, as well as fine hints of nutmeg and toasted/chocolatey. Good length, sapid, mellow and gourmet tannins. A lovely iodized/sapid character. Lovely freshness.
