Château Puygueraud 2019 – Francs Côtes de Bordeaux

Château Puygueraud 2019 – Francs Côtes de Bordeaux

The nose is elegant, fruit, flowery, precise and well-defined. It reveals notes of nectarine, lychee, small notes of rose associated with fine touches of white flowers/honeysuckle, lemon zests as well as very discreet hints of flint. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a finely acidulous frame, gourmandize as well as juiciness and a finely tight/racy tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh nectarine, juicy green apple, small notes of citrus (lemon, kumquat) associated with fine touches of exotic fruits, a hint of lime, oak (in the background) and zests. Good length.
