The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulus frame, tension, a good definition, a good freshness, gourmandize, richness as well as a ripe and juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe blackberry, juicy/ripe black cherry and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with small touches of cassis, hints of chocolate, toasted as well as a hint of caramelization. Tannins are elegant and well-built. A beautiful grain on the finish !
