The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a fine crystalline side of fruit and spices. It reveals notes of fresh wild blackberry, associated with touches of nutmeg, a hint of fresh almond, lovely little gourmand spices, a touch of almost cypress and spicy, as well as a hint of Cubèbe pepper and fine hints of small ripe wild red fruits. The palate is fruity, juicy, sapid, it offers a certain gourmandise, brilliance, energy and a mineral frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, blue plum and small notes of small wild red berries, combined with touches of violet, nutmeg, spices, as well as a hint of clove and a subtle sappy hint and fresh cinnamon. Good length. A wine offering lovely freshness and brilliance.
