The nose is fruity, elegant, racy, straight and offers a fine concentration (in the background). It reveals notes of crushed cassis, Boysenberry and wild strawberries combined with a subtle hint of violet, licorice, toasted oak, vanilla, spices and a very discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a fine freshness, a fine acid frame, a beautiful definition, elegance, a beautiful structure, richness, complexity, straightness as well as a slightly velvety matter. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy plum and fine notes of fleshy Gariguette, ripe redcurrant associated with touches of chocolate, wood / vanilla and a subtle hint of sweet spices (cardamon, nutmeg …). Good length.
