The nose is elegant, racy, well-built, precise, frank, aromatic and offers fine complexity, beautiful spices and aromatic depth. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, cubeb pepper and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of lilac, infusion, small wild fruits, as well as a hint of wild strawberry. The palate is mineral, fruity, fresh, it offers good definition, a certain juiciness, suppleness and gourmandise. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, raspberry and small notes of cherry, combined with touches of lilac, cornflower, as well as fine hints of infusion and bergamot. The tannins are precise, frank and subtly firm. Good length. Nice freshness. A nicely iodized/saline wine, with a hint of fresh roasting in the background.
