Château Preuillac 2022 – Médoc, Cru Bourgeois Supérieur

The nose is racy, peppery and clear. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and small notes of wild strawberry, associated with touches of nutmeg, a fine hint of vanilla and a light hint of iris and pepper. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, racy, taut and precise. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, crushed wild strawberry and more subtle violet, associated with touches of small roasted-elegant red berries, as well as fine hints of licorice/zan stick, pine needle and subtle touches of spice. Tannins are precise, racy and supple. Good length. Fresh and juicy.
