The nose is aromatic and offers a small intensity. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of dry zests, quince and small notes of varietal associated with touches of green asparagus, fine mineral hints and a subtle hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, gourmandize, suavity, a small tension, roundness as well as a very fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crushed quince, crushed Mirabelle and small notes of juicy/crushed pear associated with small touches of crushed mandarine, butter, brioche as well as fine hints of sweet spices/nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of green asparagus (in the background). Good length.
