The nose is fruity, well-built and offers a fine concentration, a fine richness as well as freshness and a discreetly tight grain. It reveals notes of pulpy/ripe strawberry, bright cassis, notes of violet associated with touches of sour cherry as well as fine hints of dark tea. The mouth is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a good definition, a certain gourmandize as well as tension, straightness but justly built, a fine richness and fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry, fresh strawberry, small notes of bright cassis associated with touches of violet, lily, racy minerality, fine hints of nutmeg, grey pepper and liquorish. Good length. The tannins are precise and structuring.
