The nose is beautifully spicy, frank, fresh and offers a very fine grain, powerful and airy. It presents notes of wild cassis, bright blackberry and small notes of roasted-elegant strawberry (with a Mediterranean side) associated with touches of toast, caramelization, toasted hazelnut, cornflower and a discreet hint of infusion and vanilla. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, elegant, beautifully built, supple, racy, taut and offers concentration, freshness, almost graphene, roundness as well as a certain elegant fruit blackness. In mouth this wines reveals notes of bigarreau cherry, bright blackcurrant and small notes of small elegant roasted red fruits associated with touches of infusion, balsamic as well as fine nuances of blond tobacco and a hint of ripe purple plum, sweet spices and chocolate. Beautiful freshness and energy. Beautiful persistence with a discreet roasted fruit touch on the finish.
