The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a fine complexity, a flowery side and a fine chiseled side. It reveals notes of Boysen berry, cornflower, small notes of lilac associated with touches of small blue fruits, strawberry as well as a hint of fleshy cherry, spices, pepper, a fine hint of white flowers and a subtle hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, full of delicacy and offers an acidulous frame, freshness, suavity, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a flowery side and a small aerial side on the approach. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cornflower, Boysen berry, small notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry associated with touches of juicy/pulpy violet as well as hints of lilac, rose, discreet hints of liquorice stick, tonka bean, a subtle hint of vanilla and an imperceptible hint of coffee (in the background). Good length.
