The nose is delicate. It expresses notes of ripe and juicy red fruits (wild strawberry, red cherry), black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, black plum), complemented by a fine touch of pepper, licorice, cloves, fresh rosemary, chopped mint, as well as fresh violet. On the palate, the wine has an airy and supple side, with powdery and fine tannins. The flavors are fresh, tangy and juicy. The wine expresses notes of fresh red cherry, morello cherry, red plum, crunchy strawberry and blackcurrant, associated with notes of dried mint, black pepper, and more lightly – grilled vanilla, licorice and violet. The tannins are well structured, firm, but fine, enveloped by a concentrated fruity substance and a salivating acidity. Good structure, concentration and good persistence in the mouth.
