The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, smoothness, accuracy, freshness, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandise and some concentration/intensity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of Morello cherry, crushed blackcurrant and, more slightly, crushed raspberry, combined with hints of violet, liquorice, fine notes of fresh lily, as well as subtle hints of liquorice, caramelisation and a touch of toastiness.
