The nose is fruity and offers power, a certain small intensity. It reveals notes of fleshy apple, quince, small notes of lemon associated with touches of carambola as well as fine hints of lychee, exotic fruits, a very discreet hint of apple flowers/white flowers. The palate is fruity, racy and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, a small fat, energy and a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy apple, nectarine, small notes of quince associated with touches of kumquat, juicy/fresh Mirabelle as well as fine hints of white flowers, small exotic fruit and an imperceptible hint of honey (in the background). A good bitterness and a subtle saline hint in the finish/persistence.
