The nose reveals freshness and a certain elegant darkness, with notes of infusion. We perceive aromas of morello cherry, dense wild blackcurrant, as well as ripe and juicy black berries. These notes are associated with a racy minerality, touches of flint, cornflower, and a hint of sweet pepper, cardamom and roasted almond. A discreet hint of fresh roasting is also felt in the background. On the palate, the wine is fruity and fresh, with a beautiful minerality and an elegant, fresh and airy grain. It has a racy chiseled character, a dark side in freshness. The flavors of morello cherry and concentrated blackcurrant harmonize with touches of cornflower, small juicy blue berries, graphene, mocha, and fine notes of black tea. On the finish, a note almost of black olive, with a touch of toast, flint and vanilla, completes the whole. Good length, and the tannins are soft, fresh and gourmands, with a texture that is at once soft, fresh and airy.
