It reveals notes of wild cassis, wild black blackberry, small notes of black plum associated with small touches of smoke, incense as well as hints of violet, cornflower, grey pepper and a very discreet hint of cocoa. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, freshness, a small fat and fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of dry wild cassis, creamy blackberry, small notes of fresh/ripe raspberry associated with touches of creamy plum, small juicy/fresh berries as well as hints of lily, chocolate, caramelization, a hint of tobacco, dry almond and a hint of clove. Good length.
