The wine has a pale, bright peach color. The initial nose is discreet with mineral and fruit notes such as yellow peach and discreet blackberry. The second nose opens with more intensity. There is a slight creaminess with notes of red and black fruits such as fresh strawberry and blackcurrant. The palate is fresh, tangy on the attack with a constant note of cream accompanied by fruits such as strawberry, vine peach and discreet blackcurrant. There is a beautiful mineral freshness, almost minty. There is a slight hint of smoke on the nose and palate. This is a vinous rosé for the table with a slight sweetness on the palate and a finish with a hint of lovely bitters.
