Château Poitevin 2022 – Bordeaux Blanc

Château Poitevin 2022 – Bordeaux Blanc

The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers a certain concentration and sweetness of yellow peach and ripe apricot. After aeration, it expresses the tangy aromas of green apple, yellow lemon, grapefruit, passion fruit and fresh melon associated with the gourmandise of lemon yogurt, fresh butter as well as an airy floral side (acacia, apple blossom) as well as a very light touch of savor and fresh hazelnut. The palate is silky, gourmet, with a beautiful tangy frame and a good bitterness. It expresses notes of ripe citrus fruits (yellow lemon, lime, grapefruit, a hint of bergamot) associated with flavors of tangy green apple, passion fruit in the background and tangy apricot. We also find an elegant bouquet of white flowers (apple blossom, acacia), a touch of honey, butter and toasted hazelnut (in the background). Good persistence with flavor, freshness and a mineral structure.
