The nose is aromatic and offers gourmandize as well as fruit. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild strawberry, flowers and more slightly fresh cassis, Sichuan pepper, racy minerality and discreet touches of spices and vanilla/caramelization. The palate is juicy, fruity, well-balanced, well-built/clean and offers a fine mineral frame, a beautiful fat/suavity as well as a small aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy strawberry and more slightly raspberry associated with fine touches of liquorice, blueberry, cola as well as discreet touches of oak and toasted. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
