The nose is fresh, fruity and reveals a certain pulpiness and fine concentration. There are notes of fleshy/pulpy cherry, fleshy/pulpy strawberry and more lightly of violet combined with hints of fleshy blackcurrant, a touch of fleshy plum, cardamom, camphor and a fine touch of graphite and vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, good definition, a fine creaminess in freshness and a fine airiness in the approach. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, creamy/fresh blackcurrant and more lightly fresh/juicy blue berries combined with a touch of bourbon vanilla, chocolate and a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut. The tannins are mellow. Good length. Salinity and good work on the bitter taste.
