The nose is aromatic, elegant, fine and offers delicacy as well as a certain complexity. It reveals notes of boysenberry, wild strawberry and vanilla associated with small touches of wild berries, blue fruits, fine touches of spices, almond as well as a hint of Sichuan pepper and a very discreet hint of green curry/spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave, racy and offers minerality, a good definition, a beautiful fine grain, an aerial side, freshness, precision, finesse as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and more slightly blue fruits associated with small touches of ripe redcurrant, vanilla, toasted as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers (in the background) and very discreet touches of fresh almond (in the background). The finish is very slightly powdered. There is a subtle hint of lily, almond, vanilla and juicy blackberry on the finish/persistence.
