The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is reserved and discreet. It first expresses woody notes (toasted wood), which are then complemented by notes of tangy red fruits (bigarreau cherry, blackcurrant, morello cherry, crushed blueberry, black plum), by a gourmet touch of cocoa, a hint of mint dried and dried blueberries. The palate is quite supple, but fresh and tangy. We find notes of bigarreau cherry, morello cherry, black plum and crushed blackcurrant, associated with a delicate spiciness (roasted vanilla, liquorice), a hint of torrefaction (toasted wood, coffee) and a touch of dried mint . The tannins are well structured, with a fine grain. The finish is fresh and fruity, moderately persistent.
