The nose is fruity, racy and mineral. There are notes of fresh wild raspberry, fresh blackberry and a bit of racy minerality combined with hints of lily, berries and a discreet hint of liquorice. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a chiselled edge, acidity and a fine crunch. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/fresh blackberry, juicy/fresh cherry and slightly crunchy redcurrant notes combined with hints of fresh lily as well as fine points of fresh liquorice, racy minerality and a subtle hint of almond. Good length. Subtle toasty edge on the finish.
