The nose is fruity and offers freshness, a fine crispness and a fine incisiveness. There are notes of wild blackberry, iris and, more slightly, fresh lily, combined with juicy wild blackcurrant and discreet hints of toast, hazelnut, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of saltiness. The palate is fruity and reveals freshness, minerality, a juicy/acidic structure, energy and a certain tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, crunchy cherry and more slightly crunchy black berry combined with a hint of crisp red berries, fresh flowers/varietal hint and fine nuances of fresh hazelnut and fresh spice.
