The nose presents ripe fruit, spices and is marked by red fruit notes. It reveals notes of fairly ripe raspberry, ripe cherry and small notes of nutmeg, associated with touches of fresh spices, a hint of tobacco, violet, as well as a subtle hint of cassis. The palate is fruity, mineral, it offers a mineral frame, a certain suavity, a little coating fat and acidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, cassis and small notes of brilliant cherry, combined with touches of violet, as well as hints of star anise and cardamom. Good length. A tangy, finely sappy finish.
