It reveals notes of fleshy/fresh blackberry, fleshy/fresh red berries and small notes of fresh flowers (cornflower…) associated with small touches of caramelization, Cuben pepper as well as a subtle hint of iris and fine hints of sweet spices. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, freshness, minerality, a beautiful finesse of the grain, tension as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh raspberry, juicy/fresh cassis and small notes of cornflower, lily associated with small touches of juicy/fresh blackberry as well as hints of caramelization, toasted, toasted hazelnut and discreet varietals hints. Good length. There are very fine hints of coffee/cocoa on the finish/persistence.
