(70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sauvignon Gris) The nose is quite elegant. It reveals fruity notes associated with a few woody/toasted notes. The palate is round, typical, fruity, dynamics and fresh. A small fruity (citrus) frame leads the tasting. In the mouth it expresses notes of lemon, clementine associated with a few small notes of nectarine, apple, a hint of orange and a discreet notes of apricot. There are also light oaky notes, small toasted notes and vanilla. Good length. A beautiful wine!
