The nose is aromatic and offers a fine gourmandise, a fine freshness and a fine elegance. It reveals notes of cassis and slight notes of blackberry combined with discreet hints of coffee and oak. The palate is fruity, gourmand, well-balanced and offers a nice freshness, a fine mineral frame, a nice fat, suavity and a fine tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh fleshy blackberry, ripe / fresh cassis and small notes of fresh / ripe strawberries combined with slight hints of fresh fleshy raspberry as well as fine touches of bitter dark chocolate, coffee, toasted oak and a discreet hint of caramelisation. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length and good persistence with a hint of bitter dark chocolate (brings gourmandise). Good value for money!
