The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and offers a certain depth. We find notes of boysenberry, small elegant-roasted fruits and more lightly, small concentrated fruits, associated with fine hints of roasted-elegant fruits, as well as a subtle hint of cornflower, graphene and a hint of almost pine sap. The palate is well-built, fresh and supple, offering tension, precision, a tangy frame, a certain silkiness, a stretch side as well as a lovely finesse of grain. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, cassis and more lightly, pulpy violet plum, associated with touches of small elegant-roasted berries as well as hints of graphene, tobacco and sap. Good work on the good bitterness (in the background).
