The wine has a very beautiful delicate and shiny cherry color, intense but clear. The nose is fruity, intense and pleasant, even gourmand. There are notes of racy minerality with touches of white smoke. We perceive fine hints of crunchy small black fruits such as blackberry and black cherry as well as flowers such as geranium. There are also small touches of citrus like pomelo. The mouth is round, fresh and fruity with a tangy frame. We have notes of crunchy black fruits with a little astringency of the skin of these. Vinous, velvety, there are touches of fresh and luscious morello cherry, violet fig, stewed blackberry as well as hints of vanilla pod and orange jam. The finish is vinous, gastronomic, dynamic with a nice long and persistent finish on a nice hint of bitterness on liquorice. Very nice success.
