The nose is fruity, full of charm and offers a textured and airy side in its density in freshness and balance. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, violet and more slightly – fresh/bright bigarreau cherry, associated with touches of camphor, cardamom, toasted as well as a fine almost Mediterranean pint in its fruit and has a subtle iodized hint. The palate is nicely fresh, fruity, balanced and offers minerality, tension, accuracy, a crystalline side, a nice linear side, beautiful freshness, to release it in freshness. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, crushed blackberry and more slightly – pulpy/juicy violet plum, associated with touches of racy minerality, flowers as well as a hint of fresh blond tobacco, a subtle sappy hint and a discreet hint of star anise. The tannins are sapid and fresh. A discreet hint of good bitterness in the background.
