The nose is fruity, powerful and slightly austere. It reveals notes of blackberries, ripe red fruit, coffee, graphite and undergrowth associated with a touch of truffle and mocha. The palate is fruity, racy, gourmand, harmonious, sleek, well structured and offers minerality, freshness, tension as well as a good and slightly silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry and plum associated with a fine touch of Zan and flint. Tannins are fine. Good length.
