The nose is fresh, with fruit and some minerality, accompanied by a mellow finish. There are notes of boysenberry, pulpy/juicy blackcurrant, more precisely graphene, racy minerality, associated with touches of violet, small wild black fruits, and a hint of sweet pepper, completed by fine hints almost of blond tobacco. On the palate, the wine is nicely juicy, fruity and balanced, with a tangy frame, a certain tension and adjustment. The notes of juicy and pulpy blackberry, fresh blackcurrant mingle with touches of fresh flowers, and hints of small red berries, fresh tobacco, as well as a touch of sweet pepper and graphene. Good length, with a nice freshness. Good work on the bitters. A subtle touch of chocolate on the finish/in the background.
