The nose is fruity and flowery. We find notes of fresh lilac, lily and, more slightly, small bright red berries associated with touches of bright blackcurrant as well as a fine, almost varietal hint in the background. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, minerality, good definition, a slight fatness as well as a certain gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy blackcurrant, bright redcurrants and small notes of bright cherry associated with touches of cornflower, violet, hints of bright raspberry as well as fine hints of liquorice and a hint of toast. The tannins are supple. A subtle hint of torrefaction/coffee on the persistence. A fruity wine, delicious and easy to access.
