Château Peyfaures 2019 – Bordeaux

The nose is fruity and offers harmony as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of wild red berries, wild cassis and small notes of violet associated with small touches of cuben pepper, spices as well as a discreet hint of fresh nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers suavity, juiciness, gourmandise as well as a small straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, boysenberry and small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of small crushed red berries as well as hints of violet / iris as well as a discreet hint of cuben pepper (in the background). Tannins are slightly tight.
