Château Petit-Village 2024 – Pomerol

Château Petit-Village 2024 – Pomerol

The nose is elegant, frank, racy, peppery and offers a lovely stretched side, airy velvetiness, a pretty floral side, depth, beautiful definition in delicacy, a melodious side and a certain intensity and power in finesse. There are notes of boysenberry, violet and small notes of brilliant raspberry, associated with a touch of mocha, toasted, hints of licorice stick, a discreet hint of roasted-elegant fruit, small berries, spices, small fairly ripe blue fruits, camphor and a hint of Timut pepper. A very discreet hint of almost aromatic herbs. The palate is nicely fruity, balanced and offers gourmandise, juiciness, racy textured, velvety, tension, an airy side, lovely acidity, as well as straightness in accuracy and elegance. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/tangy cassis, bright redcurrant and small notes of small brilliant blue fruits, combined with touches of graphene, chocolate, as well as fine hints of taosted, toasted almond, a subtle hint of graphene, mocha and Bourbon vanilla. Beautifully velvety, gourmand and silky.
