The nose is fruity, fine and elegant. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and cassis combined with fine touches of licorice, cherry as well as a few discreet toasted notes. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful elegance, juiciness, a good structure, precision as well as a silky and slightly unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis cream, juicy Quetsche plum and crushed strawberries combined with a touch of blueberry, a few toasted touches and a discreet note of licorice. Tannins are fine. Good length and persistence.
