A lovely fruity nose, with a certain creaminess, power, a finely intense grain. It expresses notes of creamy blackberry, pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly – almost roasted-fresh cherry (almost a discreet Mediterranean side), associated with touches of fresh tobacco, a hint of small bright berries as well as fine hints of graphite and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is nicely mineral, juicy, fruity, balanced and offers a mineral frame, good definition, accuracy, a tangy frame. It expresses notes of bright blackberry, bright blackcurrant and more slightly – pulpy raspberry, associated with touches of pepper, spices, as well as fine hints almost of aromatic/Mediterranean herbs in the approach. Nice grain on the palate and mellow on the finish/persistence. Supple, fresh and finely mineral, a discreet almost sappy hint in the background. Nice minerality and a stretchness. Easy to access
