The nose is elegant and offers concentration, a certain power, deepness on spices. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of pepper, associated with touches of saffron (in its flowery side) and discreet floral hints. The palate is fresh, mineral, juicy and offers tension, precision, an acidulous frame, suavity as well as pretty freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, violet and small notes of juicy/ fresh red berries associated with touches of mocha, cocoa, and slight hints of fresh/ juicy purple plum and toasted hints. Beautiful freshness with suppleness and a slight richness. There is a beautiful salinity in the background with a nice sapid persistence.
