The wine benefits from being decanted. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, raspberry and slightly cardamom associated with touches of floral as well as a fine hint of pistil, cinnamon and a subtle hint of pepper. The palate is mineral and offers juicy / fresh fruit, a fine tangy frame, a little pulpiness of the fruit as well as a certain gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh blackberry, bright raspberry and more slightly small juicy red fruits associated with small touches of violet, fine hints of camphor, racy minerality and a subtle hint of spices sweet. Tannins are precise and finely mellow. Good length. Presence of a subtle hint of place on the finish / persistence. Good job take on the bitterness.
