A beautiful elegant nose, racy that offers straightness, elegance and precision. It reveals notes of cassis, black cherry, and small notes of blackberry, associated with touches of violet as well as hints of star anise and a subtle hint almost bergamot. There is almost a discreet roasted side of the fruit. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a beautiful shine and glossy fruit, an acidulous frame, some precision and a nice stretched side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crushed blueberry, and small notes of blackcurrant, associated with a touch of roasted-juicy red fruits as well as hints of star anise and slight hints of toast and chocolate. There are sof, velvety tannins, sapid and precise with a delicate and velvety finish. A beautiful delight!
