The nose is fruity, fresh and reveals some concentration, some intensity and dissilient quality. There are notes of pulpy, fresh blackcurrant, blueberry and more lightly fleshy, juicy cherry in the background, combined with hints of violet, star anise and fine spices and a discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity and reveals freshness, minerality, a certain roundness, a nice juiciness, energy and a tangy backbone. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy, sour cherry, raspberry and more lightly fresh sour blueberry combined with a touch of blackcurrant, lilac, racy minerality and fine tonka bean (in the background). Good length. The tannins are well-managed and racy. A fine stretched side and sapidity on the finish. A very nice freshness. A nicely racy and sapid wine.
