Château Petit Faurie de Soutard 2020 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Grand Cru Classé 

The nose is powerful and offers concentration, a good maturity of fruit. It reveals the notes of sour cherry, the cassis, the blackberry associated with grey pepper, the licorice as well as the hint of small currants, black tea and discreet hint of cardamon. The mouth fruity, it offers juiciness, the freshness, the minerality, a good definition, a tangy frame, the concentration, the tension, an airy side, depth, black plum, small black currants and violet associated touch of cardamon. The wine express the notes of cherry, black currants, violet, cardamon, the black plum, raspberry, grilled and roast, a fine hint of blonde tobacco and pepper. The tannin are precise and well developed. A small mellow at the end of the palate.
