The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet, small notes of small pulpy blue fruits associated with small touches of fleshy raspberry as well as fine hints caramelization, nutmeg, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a fine suavity, freshness as well as salinity, a small concentration and a fine power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of very ripe wild cassis, pulpy/juicy Boysen berry, small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of blueberry, cornflower, a racy minerality/graphite as well as very fine hints of hazelnut/roasted almond, toasted and sweet spices. Tannins are very finely marked/firm.
