The nose is beautifully built, precise, concentrated, and offers depth, cremosite and concentration in accuracy. It expresses notes of creamy boysenberry, violet and more lightly – Punjab pepper associated with touches of cornflower, small pulpy blue fruits as well as fine hints of small roasted-fresh red fruits, tonka bean, star anise and blond tobacco. The palate is beautifully built, fruity, pulpy, juicy, gourmet, beautifully defined, silky, supple, airy and delicate, and offers a melodious side and delicate energy. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/bright blackcurrant and more lightly – crushed red berries, associated with touches of pulpy/fresh blue plum as well as hints of star anise, lily, fresh lilac, toast, sweet blond tobacco, good bitterness of cocoa and roasting. Nice definition, juiciness, suppleness, a nice airy character in its richness, an iodized frame and chalky tannins. Graphite side on the nose and in the mouth, nice silkiness of the cabernet frac. Salty. Fine mellowness on the finish/persistence, very nice length
