The nose is fruity, racy and offers power, a good definition and a fine intensity. It reveals notes of wild cassis, wild blackberry, small notes of grey/cuben pepper associated with touches of pulpy raspberry, pulpy cherry as well as hints of violet, hot gravels, sweet spices and a fine hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a bright blue fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, cassis, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of redcurrant as well as hints of hot gravels, zan, a hint of sugared mild tobacco and coffee (in the background). Good length. Tannins are well-built. A fine chew on the finish.
