The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of grilled oak, cassis and black cherry associated with a hint of crushed strawberry, plum, chocolate, caramelization / crème brulée and a subtle hint of white pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fine freshness, a nice mineral frame, suavity and fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry and juicy red berries combined with fine notes of cassis, raspberry as well as touches of chocolate, grilled oak and caramelization.Tannins are well built, a bit tight and a bit firm. Good length. There is a hint of zan / coffee on the persistence.
